3. No guaranteed results

AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity are run by third parties who do not publish how they choose which businesses to mention. Our products describe observed patterns and good practice. Results vary by business, category and location, and no ranking, mention or recommendation is guaranteed.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, VAT or a similar tax may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by our checkout provider and its payment partners (for example Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Digital products are available to download immediately after payment, and we also email you an access link.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
